Darrius arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He made measurements inside and then in the crawl-space. When done, he consulted with the engineers. Afterwards, he explained what would be necessary to repair our foundation. In a few minutes I had a custom repair quote. A decision will come soon. Thanks Darrius!

I want to recognize Kornbred and JW from AquaGuard for the outstanding job they did encapsulating the crawl space in my retirement home. These two worked tirelessly over several days, often under difficult conditions, and never complained. Their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. They took pride in their work, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done the right way. It’s not often you come across people who are as dedicated and dependable as Kornbred and JW. They turned a challenging project into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate their commitment to quality. AquaGuard is fortunate to have employees like them representing the company. Raymond & Gavin came out today to stabilize my concrete porch. Raymond explained the process, showed us the drill bit size and answered all our questions. He and Gavin went straight to work and were done in about 1.5 hours. Raymond worked on filling the holes while Gavin meticulously sealed the crack. After clean up they gave us care instructions and asked if we had any additional questions. Very courteous and polite. Job well done.

Taylor Smith came out today to inspect my system. He was early after calling to verify it was ok. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. He gave me advice about my system and air quality. He left me with a quote for a system to purify and dehumidify the air downstairs. I will probably do that but there was no pressure to do it immediately. All in all, Taylor was awesome. Thank you!

Having our Crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard 14 years ago is the best improvement we have ever made to our home. I bought my home a few years ago and was fortunate to have already had AquaGuard solutions implemented in the home by the previous homeowner. I realized this year that I was yet to have an annual inspection and just had them in to do a thorough review. Nick Beuoy was a wonderful representative for the company based on his complete knowledge of the products, customer focus and willingness to listen. He helped educate me on what had been done, what should be considered for future maintenance and worked with me on an extended multi-year annual inspection plan. I feel comfortable with the protection of my foundation and grounds as the big storms roll through. Thanks Nick!

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

From the very beginning, Nelson with Aquaguard was professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the process and provide a detailed scope of work so I knew exactly what to expect. When it came time for the repair, Raymond and Gavin were equally professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the work with great attention to detail, and left my sinking sidewalk level, safe, and looking great. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience—from the initial consultation through the completed repair—and would gladly recommend Aquaguard to anyone needing foundation or concrete leveling services.
