I had a wonderful experience with Aqua Guard here in Roswell, GA. The technician, Mike Johnson, was communicative, on-time, friendly, and extremely honest and transparent. He conducted a 30-45 minute assessment, identified the problem and found us an affordable fix without being in anyway invasive to the property. The knowledge and honesty of Mike was so refreshing and rare to find in projects/contractors like this we Homeowners deal with. I highly recommend and will be referring to anyone with a similar problem or concrete leveling.

My husband and I were pleased on the simple process that took place in regards to our diagnosis and the crew that serviced our home. Kornbred and Ansley were professional, pleasant and cared about the beginning to the end of the job they completed for us. Took it to the next level while explaining the product installed and a detailed list of everything done. We would recommend the company and crew to anyone from kornbred to Ansley to our customer representative, Jackson who initiated the job.

Chris and Korey worked on my crawlspace. Arrived on time. Worked until job completion. Showed me photos of the work and explained when I had questions about the job terminology. Site was cleaned up. The lift of my kitchen floor was obvious upon work completion, very impressed. Very pleased with the work and customer service. Thank you.

Michael Van Horn and his teammate did a stellar job to correct a warranty oversight for my home in Marietta. I made the correct choice to have AquaGuard encapsulate my crawl space. They were punctual and completed the remediation as promised.

I have been completely satisfied with AquaGuard. Chris and Shaun, the technicians that came out to work were polite, professional and proficient. As a retired contractor I can recognize a good working team and they were a perfect example. I also have to give a shout out to Melanie who works in the Marietta office and put up with me while trying to schedule this job. And the 5 year warranty!!!

Zhachary Prusoff has a very good knowledge about his job. He looked at my basement. Showed the problems. He found the solutions with couple options. We agreed with him to correct the problems. The crews did a very good job. During this process Zhachary was very professional, confident and polite. I wish him good luck.

I recently commissioned AquaGuard to help with a sump pump and water problem in my basement and crawlspace. For the 5 years I've lived her when it would rain heavy the basement would get damp and flood. I should have done this project a long time ago. My crew of Samarie and Chris did a great job finishing the project in 2 days and cleaning up after themselves.

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!

Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. That level of commitment, obviously backed by the central office leadership, is what makes good companies stand out to be great. Thanks to the team for your quality of service. A job well done.
