Marquise and Jonathan did a great job installing the sub pump in the basement area. Both are knowledgeable and answers any questions i have. They also explained the work they are doing to make sure i understood. I highly recommend this team as they work very well together! Not forgetting Shawn Haley who came out a few weeks before to go over the layout snd the work to be done and show me some videos. Thank you Aquaguard!!

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!

The entire team that came to prevent future water in my basement was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Tanner Damali was lead on the project, he was very thoughtful and kept me updated on the progress. They arrived on schedule and worked late in order to complete the job in one day. I would highly recommend AquaGuard if you find yourself needing water solutions.

Your representative Darrius Bowens made a thorough inspection and then was able to explain clearly the steps needed to resolve our issues. It was very clear what needed to happen and he made sure we were comfortable with Aquaguard as a company we could trust and the right payment schedule for us as seniors. AquaGuard put a sump pump and drain in our basement. Everything with Andrew during the inspection and estimate; he made us feel great about the solution and at ease. Then Kornbred, Oscar, and Zeke did a great job with the install and cleanup. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Very excited to not have my basement flood anymore!

We had a very good experience with Aquaguard foundation solutions! Will was very responsive and was able to get us scheduled right away, also answered any questions that we had about the job and what to expect. We have a terrace level crawlspace, which had some moisture in it and discovered black mold between the wall in the floor. Will was able to immediately identify the solution. Joseph. Dyllen and Corey arrived on time the day of the job, worked very diligently to install the foundation drain system and sump pump. It was pretty much an all day job with a crew of three and in the end explained the whole system to us when they were finished. I would highly recommend them for any water intrusion projects!

Very pleased with Aquaguard Foundation solutions. Hunter is the rep who came on site to evaluate a sinkhole under a concrete slab. He was very polite, knowledgable as to the situation and the needed solution. He explained the repair and explained the company's warranty with clarity.
