In 1995, Tom DiGregorio founded AquaGuard Foundation Solutions on the principles of honesty and customer care. Joe Rusk joined AquaGuard in 2011 with over 30 years of experience in the industry to help establish a set of core values for the business. In 2020, AquaGuard partnered with Groundworks, the nation’s leading and fastest-growing foundation and water management solutions company, to help expand their business.
