My husband and I had been fighting with D. R. Horton for over 3 years to fix the foundation in our new home they sold us 4 years ago. AquaGuard was recommended my our structural engineer as a viable solution to our problem. Adrian Haynes, Field Representative, came to our house and professional analyzed our foundation issues and gave us a solution to stabilized it against future drift. Based upon his detailed analysis their engineers drafted a blueprint, set a date for repairs and acquired the appropriate approvals from the proper government agencies. The repair work was expertly completed by Audiel Soria (Crew chief) and his experienced team in two half days. With the exception of 4 small concrete patches there was little evidence that they had been here at all. Steve and I highly recommend AquaGuard

I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

The service I received from Aquagard March 26,27th, 2026 was excellent. The team called to tell me they were on the way. The men came were to do.the Foundation Project greeted me each morning:Foreman F-Daquis, Malik, and Jorge. They showed good customer service and knew what they were doing. They explained to me the process step by step and answered all my questions. Foreman Daquois asked if I had a love for my shrubs if necessary do to assessment of equipment. I was pleased they asked before the removal. Foreman Daquois, Malik, and Jorge, they knew what to do for the job.They allowed me to see some of the aspects of what they were doing and I was amazed. They cleaned up the area after the completion and I was given instructions and information on using water spouts extensions to flow water away from the house from causing damage. And asked if I had any questions. This was an experience I was nervous about but they made me comfortable. They represented Aquagard very well 👏 and I really appreciated the service. I will recommend Aquagard to family, neighbors, and friends.

Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Complete the job quickly & cleanly. They actually covered air vents & tarpped off the surrounding areas to prevent dust from going all over the basement. When the job was completed, they walked me through the functions of the equipment and showed me exactly where all the equipment was installed, both inside & outside the home. The icing on the cake, was their genuine concern that I was satisfied with the work done and made themselves available for any additional questions & concerns I may have. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! Jordan is seriously one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about the repairs. We’ve had AquaGuard come out to assess an issue in our basement waterproofing for water intrusion issues AND with concrete settling in our backyard. They can stabilize and lift the concrete from underneath to help prevent the problem from getting worse. They were also very quick to come out, which I appreciate. Called AquaGuard to help advise on some moisture coming into our garage after months of not being able to determine the cause. Adrian was an absolute rockstar, he came and consulted with us and after taking a look said "That's an easy fix, I'll just take care of it". He grabbed a shovel and dug down around the side of the house where the water was coming in and didn't even charge us. Shawn Haley was the rep who came out and explained our needs & quoted the job; he worked to get us the best price possible, and we were truly grateful for that. Kurt, Joseph, & Matt did the actual encapsulation and were here on time, very respectful, and explained the process, completing the job. I just had Aquafina’s out to review a foundation leak issue. My technician Adrian Haynes spent almost two hours to identify the problem. After doing so, he told me the best solution was a service that Aquaguard didn’t provide, but he gave me a couple alternatives. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and honesty. Even though they aren’t providing the solution, I would highly recommend you consider their services, and ask for Adrian Haynes.

Kurt, Samarie, Travis and Noah completed a job for us which entailed waterproofing a crawlspace. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept us in the loop on when they would arrive and leave the job site and what the tasks for that particular day were. They answered all questions in a way that we could understand. DEFINITELY a great team that works well together and works well with the customer. I highly recommend this company and this team for any water/foundation/exterior repairs you may have.

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.
