Jordan is seriously one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about the repairs. We’ve had AquaGuard come out to assess an issue in our basement waterproofing for water intrusion issues AND with concrete settling in our backyard. They can stabilize and lift the concrete from underneath to help prevent the problem from getting worse. They were also very quick to come out, which I appreciate. If you need foundation repair, concrete leveling, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, or help with settling issues, definitely give AquaGuard a call. Highly recommend Jordan and his team!

We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

He even caught things other inspectors missed and worked with us to take care of our needs as quickly as possible. Forman Chris Jarret was incredibly thorough the day of the work. We had great experience with AquaGuard. And while we didn’t get job done with them yet, but Adrian was excellent explaining our home problems and sending us on the right track. He showed us what his company can do for us, but first we had another issue to address. It was refreshing to get professional estimate and not seeing someone jumping right the way to do just his part and leaving us hanging. We are definitely coming back to AquaGuard to fix what we need when we get to that part of the project. Thank you.

First off let me just start by saying Whitt was almost, ALMOST too excited to get into our wet, tight…crawlspace. Get your mind out of the gutter. He was more informative and definitely more entertaining than the “talking Tom” videos. Just pay Whitt extra to redo those. Anyway, really excited to see how the work goes (with only 1 stupid review from some weirdo I’m certain it’ll be an enjoyable experience and worth the 5 stars we gave).

We had the best experience with Matthew Urbanski. He is such a nice, wonderful and honest person. He was the 3rd quote I got for a crack in my foundation with a leak coming from the outside. I love his passion and how he was more about finding a long term solution rather than a short term fix. He wanted to address the root cause instead of patching the symptoms which leads to more patches in the future. He was great at assessing the whole house and discussed ideas on how to fix the main issue which was getting water away from the house. I even asked him about doing the foundation repair and he told me to wait, so we know that the outside problem was fixed before repairing the inside- but if we repair the inside, we won’t know truly if we fixed the root cause. We just had the best experience with Matthew and we could not believe how lucky we were to have such a nice, patient, honest man! Thank you so much!
