This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.

I had an excellent experience working with Joey Wright from Aqua Guard. He is a true professional—very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. When he came to do the inspection, he identified all the issues in my home, especially in the crawl space, that I wasn’t even fully aware of. Joey clearly has a lot of expertise and took the time to explain exactly what my home needs and why. The crew (Carlos, Tim, and Tyrese) were great! Very respectful, answered all of our questions and made sure they put straw and grass seeds back to fix where they were working. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

Very professional, smart and extremely conscientious. My crawl space was encapsulated by the best crew of Kurt, Joseph and Alex. All of them were so easy to work with and did a wonderful job. They explained everything I needed to know, and made it all very easy on me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aquagard again for any project.

From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. I am selling my house on Monday and part of the closing process was to level dining and living room floor. Taylor adjusted the jacks and assured me that if any thing else needed to be done he said that they would take care of any other details. Very professional and would recommend there services. From the initial phone call to the completed inspection, Ishmael was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the condition of my concrete, and clearly explained the potential issues and solutions. I especially appreciated his patience in answering all my questions – and I had a lot! He didn't try to oversell me on any services, but rather focused on educating me about the best options for my specific situation. After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

I really enjoyed working with them, they were both professional and friendly. They took great care to protect the areas from dust that were not in the work area. They did a great job, cleaned up perfectly and explained how the pump worked and potential issues and follow- up procedures.

After experiencing water seepage into our basement, my husband and I put off calling any providers for years out of fear of what a waterproofing system might cost. Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Tyler Vreeland's inspection and solution choices he provided to recurring issues. He did a needs-assessment and it was apparent through his experience and history with the company, he knew exactly how to solve the problem we've been having. I was pleased with the time the inspection took and the solution package proposed. My husband and I also like life of structure warranty included that is transferable to any future owners. We are looking forward to having a moisture free basement! I would specifically ask for Tyler Vreeland for anyone looking to resolve similar issues.
