Jordan DeWard, our project coordinator with AquaGuard was excellent. AquaGuard has been consistently excellent for us for many years across a range of products. We don’t give compliments lightly.

Taylor Smith came out today to inspect my system. He was early after calling to verify it was ok. He was friendly, professional and very thorough. He gave me advice about my system and air quality. He left me with a quote for a system to purify and dehumidify the air downstairs. I will probably do that but there was no pressure to do it immediately. All in all, Taylor was awesome. Thank you!

We had the best experience with Matthew Urbanski. He is such a nice, wonderful and honest person. He was the 3rd quote I got for a crack in my foundation with a leak coming from the outside. I love his passion and how he was more about finding a long term solution rather than a short term fix. He wanted to address the root cause instead of patching the symptoms which leads to more patches in the future. He was great at assessing the whole house and discussed ideas on how to fix the main issue which was getting water away from the house. I even asked him about doing the foundation repair and he told me to wait, so we know that the outside problem was fixed before repairing the inside- but if we repair the inside, we won’t know truly if we fixed the root cause. We just had the best experience with Matthew and we could not believe how lucky we were to have such a nice, patient, honest man! Thank you so much!

He came out to assess moisture I noticed coming through my garage foundation, and he quickly identified the real issue – soil had built up against the foundation from my neighbor’s planter, allowing water to collect and seep through. What really impressed me was his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain everything, even drawing a simple diagram, so I could fully understand what was happening. He even went the extra mile and helped dig away the excess soil to immediately improve the situation. I truly appreciate his integrity and would highly recommend him to anyone needing foundation expertise!

After doing so, he told me the best solution was a service that Aquaguard didn’t provide, but he gave me a couple alternatives. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and honesty. Even though they aren’t providing the solution, I would highly recommend you consider their services, and ask for Adrian Haynes.

Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team
