I was relieved to discover there were no issues with my foundation, but he did discover an issue with my back porch slab that other companies I’d used didn’t find. We came up with an affordable solution for that issue. Thank you Matt!!

Honestly is the best policy!!! I was scheduled for a floor support installation which means installing 4 support jacks beneath my bathroom floor. The day of the installation, Aqua Basement System foreman stop project and advise to consider replacing the entire bathroom floor inorder to fix the problem and not proceed with installing the support jack. I was shocked and appreciated by the professionalism of "doing the job right". The point is that he could have taken my money and proceeded with the plan but to the respect of the company's integrity and the loyalty to great customer service. He had chosen honesty. I appreciate the support Aqua Basment system provided during this process.

After experiencing water seepage into our basement, my husband and I put off calling any providers for years out of fear of what a waterproofing system might cost. Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Tyler Vreeland's inspection and solution choices he provided to recurring issues. He did a needs-assessment and it was apparent through his experience and history with the company, he knew exactly how to solve the problem we've been having. I was pleased with the time the inspection took and the solution package proposed. My husband and I also like life of structure warranty included that is transferable to any future owners. We are looking forward to having a moisture free basement! I would specifically ask for Tyler Vreeland for anyone looking to resolve similar issues.

*AQUAGUARD'S WORK IS SOLID* The opportunity to improve is on the administrative side. First and foremost, the crews that did the actual work were awesome and FIVE STAR. I had one crew led by Marcus replace my gutters in mid October. Raymond & Brian lifted and stabilized my garage and driveway a week later. They were all professional and did pre/post walk throughs and checked in periodically to let me know what was going on. Their work was excellent. The leads on both crews answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't think to ask) and helped me work out some kinks in the whole process. Some examples of admin issues: – I repeatedly requested a copy of the signed contract (because it was all electronic) and didn't get one until Marcus, the lead on the gutter crew, was kind enough to send me a copy as soon as I asked him. – When the contract was set up, they had the wrong contact information on it. I had to send multiple texts to get at least the contact info correct in the system and I'm still not 100% sure it is correct. – The gutter crew didn't have access to give me credit for materials that didn't get used. The supervisor, Josh, was very helpful in getting that addressed and the paperwork pushed through when I spoke with him. – Something happened when the first crew completed their job that closed out the GreenSky account that was intended to pay for all the projects. Raymond helped me get that all sorted out so I could take full advantage of the 2-yr interest-free Greensky loan instead of having to use other means to pay. – There was a misunderstanding on what work was contracted for on the driveway. I thought that the code on the contract meant stabilize and lift but it didn't. The video I was shown had them also fixing the cracks after the lift which lead me to believe that was included as well. It was not explained that that the lift and crack fix would be separate charges. When Raymond showed up, we talked it through and he went the extra mile and did what he could to get the best result without costing me more money. I have a driveway that I'm happy with. I encourage others to use them. The biggest warning is to make sure you fully understand what each of the line items on the contract mean before you sign.

Craig and Jabari worked on repairing our front steps which were falling away from the house, performed a lift to one side of our drive way which had settled causing a tripping hazard, and performed a lift to our front sidewalk which had also settled. Their work ethic is excellent, they communicated their progress throughout the day and we are very satisfied with the end result. They were also very polite.

Clark talked me through the whole process before we started. Foreman Craig and Jeremy were so friendly, offered so much insight on the subject and plenty of reassurance about the work. Just wanted to say satisfied I am with the work that was done. I had an addition added to my home about 18 years ago that I have found wasn’t done exactly right. No support in the 16 foot addition which caused a crack above my bedroom door and the weight was causing cracks in the block walls of the original home. Shawn was the salesman that came out and did a very thorough inspection and presented to us what needed to be done, the floor was about 1 1/2” off level and the basement wall was bowed almost 2”. He explained what was needed to fix this. Audiel & Robert placed the 30ft ibeam and jacks under the addition and my floor. I now no longer creaking when we walk across the room and the crack is less noticeable. The next day Devon and his crew arrived to do their magic on the basement cracks. Both teams were very efficient, got in there and got the job done. They were great explaining what they were doing when I checked on them and taking pictures. Frequently you will find one person working and everyone else sitting around but this was not case with Aqua Guard! Everyone was always working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair.

March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team

AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

Lo, it came to pass that the floor surrounding our kitchen island did bounce beneath our feet, as though our dwelling had been constructed atop springs both whimsical and unwise. This state of affairs brought neither joy nor confidence, for our home is yet but a youth. Enter Sir Michael Dever of Aquaguard by Groundworks. Sir Michael was most thorough in his inspection and did plainly reveal the cause of our floor’s peculiar conduct. He set forth several remedies with the judgment of a structural sommelier, the quiet wisdom of a home alchemist, and the steady wit of one long accustomed to translating the strange complaints of houses. There was no pressure, no fear conjured. Only clear expectations, sound counsel, and a price both fair and reasonable. So assured were we by his manner that we did secure a five-year service plan, that he may return yearly to confirm our kitchen floor remains firm, faithful, and unenchanted. After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

Job 3, settle stop poly renewal on my kitchen patio done by Kevin & Jeremy. A careful & thoroughly explanation was given on each job with a step by step approach. All questions answered with professionalism & clarity which was greatly appreciated. The finished product for each jobs was outstanding & met my expectations per the description provided for the final product. The technicians on both jobs were awesome!! This was a big job, and they were more than up to the task. Kornbred has an eye for detail, and he is a great problem solver. He explained the whole process to me and kept me updated throughout. His crew as thorough, meticulous, and hardworking (working well into the night to finish the job on time without rushing).
