My driveway was cracking at the joints and beginning to show cracks on top of the cement which normally means there are voids underneath due to dirt slipping away. I decided to prevent further cracks and fill the joint cracks. The job was completed by two gentleman named Raymond and Paul who did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable about their work. If you need concrete repairs done, don't hesitate to call Batman and Robin 🤣. By the way, the pic was taken at night because I decided to post at night.

We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

We had sinking sections of our pool decking as well as our front porch. Shawn and Justin came and injected that amazing foam and now both are much better! Shawn explained what had been done and even gave me his cell number in case my husband, who was not there at the time, had any questions about what had been done. The area was cleaned up before they left. Each man was respectful of the property and very courteous and polite to me. Great job! We are pleased.

Thanks, Dyllen and Steven, Acquguard, thank you for sending out two very professional representatives. They informed me by text that they were inroute and arrived on time. Explained the job that was to be completed and answered all questions pertaining to the job. When the job was complete I was told to see how well they installed the equipment, cleanup was performed and everything put back just like they found it. AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues. I’m incredibly satisfied with their work and highly recommend AquaGuard for anyone dealing with basement moisture problems!

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

He was more informative and definitely more entertaining than the “talking Tom” videos. Just pay Whitt extra to redo those. Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.
