We've been experiencing flooding in our basement and we urgently need a solution. Darius came to our home and was fantastic! He arrived on time and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the situation. We've noticed the flooding occurring every time there's heavy rain since September 2024. Darius immediately put me at ease by sharing his credentials and conducting a thorough presentation on the company. He inspected our basement in detail and provided clear recommendations to address the issue. My husband was unable to attend due to work commitments, but Darius made sure to explain everything so thoroughly that I fully understood the next steps we need to take to fix our basement. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but Taylor Smith with Aquaguard absolutely deserves one. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!

I hired AquaGuard to stabilize my foundation and waterproof my basement and their crew was awesome! Very respectful and explained the process to my full understanding. Found issues that weren't uncovered until the paneling was removed and we were able to get everything handled and stabilized with my home. The job was major but with the professionalism of Joseph, Nick and Kavon and their work ethics I can rest assured the work was completed with team work and integrity!

It was our first time hiring a professional for water damage in our basement. We had no idea what caused it. We had a very bad experience with some of our previous contractors so we asked a lot of questions. The inspector Jose explained everything clearly and took time to patiently answered all of them. The crew who did actual work, Calvin, Jamahl, and Clayton, were very professional and polite. Their work was fast and efficient. They informed us at every step so we know what is going on. They did all the waterproofing in just two days. It cost a lot but we’re glad we hired Aquaguard. It’s great to have an assurance that we don’t have to worry about any water damage in the basement in the future under their lifetime warranty!

They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

After experiencing water seepage into our basement, my husband and I put off calling any providers for years out of fear of what a waterproofing system might cost. Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with Tyler Vreeland's inspection and solution choices he provided to recurring issues. He did a needs-assessment and it was apparent through his experience and history with the company, he knew exactly how to solve the problem we've been having. I was pleased with the time the inspection took and the solution package proposed. My husband and I also like life of structure warranty included that is transferable to any future owners. We are looking forward to having a moisture free basement! I would specifically ask for Tyler Vreeland for anyone looking to resolve similar issues.

After almost three years into having my concrete driveway lifted back into place, a section of it on the outside edge had dropped down over 1/2 an inch. True to their warranty a crew (George and Brian) were dispatched to address the issue. Both gentlemen were professional, efficient and knowledgeable, they very quickly assessed the problem and made the correction, restoring the original repair perfectly. I make no bones about it, the product/service AquaGuard sells is not cheap, but it is high quality and so is their staff and you can take the warranty to the bank! Well done AquaGaurd, you did not disappoint!

Our basement was a complete mess, standing water, foundational supports collapsing, mold, spiders, smell of Georgia red clay, etc. If left unchecked, the foundational supports would give, and the house would eventually collapse as well as mold started making its way up into the house, and the air unhealthy to breath. AquaGuard built a 4-foot barrier wall that was backfilled to shore up existing support beams as well as installed 3 IntelliJack Supports. New drainage systems were introduced that feeds into two separate sump pumps with associated power backup and a dehumidifier added that will manages humidity. Further, a vapor barrier was added across the entire basement and vents sealed, thus an enclosed basement simulation. Once work was completed by AquaGuard, the basement is like new and habitable. I trusted in AquaGuard professionalism to deliver, and they truly satisfied my expectations. I welcome anyone to come see for themself.

Even before signing all the close out paperwork, I was able to tell the difference in the crawlspace area in how it was now sealed better than before. In a situation that was important to us, they did everything and more to correct the situation. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, they get a solid 10! Also in the beginning with Tyler, he did a great job coordinating the project with the company! All in all, great service from Aqua Guard!
