⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but Taylor Smith with Aquaguard absolutely deserves one. The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!

Thought it was going to be a routine checkup on the work that was done in the basement with the previous owners of the house. Ended up needing my sump pump replaced and a new dehumidifier in the crawl space. I never knew they weren’t working (this is our first home) and was wondering why it always felt like it was about to rain in the basement. Needless to say Taylor Smith did a phenomenal job walking me through everything and made the process really smooth. He was super genuine and would say stuff like “this is what I would do in my house if it was me” which I very much appreciated. He was on time, communicative, and polite. 5 star service and you will be very pleased to have Mr. Smith as your tech.

The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Called AquaGuard to help advise on some moisture coming into our garage after months of not being able to determine the cause. Adrian was an absolute rockstar, he came and consulted with us and after taking a look said "That's an easy fix, I'll just take care of it". He grabbed a shovel and dug down around the side of the house where the water was coming in and didn't even charge us. My annual AquaGuard service was handled by Michael Dever. He inspected the system thoroughly. After 9 years the system needed a replacement dehumidifier which Michael installed in a professional manner. Additionally, he provided outstanding instruction on the operation of the equipment. During his inspection he noticed a destabilization of the support posts and beams which support the first floor. He recommended several solutions to the issue including prices for my consideration. No high pressure upselling, but concern for my home. In summary, Michael is an excellent example of the professionalism and efficiency employed by AquaGuard. I highly recommend him and the company.

Honestly is the best policy!!! I was scheduled for a floor support installation which means installing 4 support jacks beneath my bathroom floor. The day of the installation, Aqua Basement System foreman stop project and advise to consider replacing the entire bathroom floor inorder to fix the problem and not proceed with installing the support jack. I was shocked and appreciated by the professionalism of "doing the job right". The point is that he could have taken my money and proceeded with the plan but to the respect of the company's integrity and the loyalty to great customer service. He had chosen honesty. I appreciate the support Aqua Basment system provided during this process.

Just wanted to say satisfied I am with the work that was done. I had an addition added to my home about 18 years ago that I have found wasn’t done exactly right. No support in the 16 foot addition which caused a crack above my bedroom door and the weight was causing cracks in the block walls of the original home. Shawn was the salesman that came out and did a very thorough inspection and presented to us what needed to be done, the floor was about 1 1/2” off level and the basement wall was bowed almost 2”. He explained what was needed to fix this. Audiel & Robert placed the 30ft ibeam and jacks under the addition and my floor. I now no longer creaking when we walk across the room and the crack is less noticeable. The next day Devon and his crew arrived to do their magic on the basement cracks. Both teams were very efficient, got in there and got the job done. They were great explaining what they were doing when I checked on them and taking pictures. Frequently you will find one person working and everyone else sitting around but this was not case with Aqua Guard! Everyone was always working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair.

I must say from inspection to completion, my experience with Aqua Guard has been superb! Darrius, who came out and inspected my house prior to foundation repair, was absolutely professional and engaging in every way. He made sure I knew at each step what was going on and allowed me to ask questions and on top of it all a very kind man. If that wasn’t wonderful enough, the three men who came out to do the actual foundation work and repair were absolutely phenomenal. Austin, Joe, and Nick were patient, kind, funny, and respectful. If I ever have to have anything done to my house again, I will be requesting the three of them to do the work as they were clearly enjoying their work and easy to talk to, despite our many interruptions that ranged from me, my dad, who wanted to supervise, and the dog who wanted to play. Darrius even came back and was available to make sure I was comfortable with all the moving parts and just to check in. I’m satisfied with the work and the customer service made it fabulous. For anyone who needs Aqua Guard services, you will not be disappointed!🥰

*AQUAGUARD'S WORK IS SOLID* The opportunity to improve is on the administrative side. First and foremost, the crews that did the actual work were awesome and FIVE STAR. I had one crew led by Marcus replace my gutters in mid October. Raymond & Brian lifted and stabilized my garage and driveway a week later. They were all professional and did pre/post walk throughs and checked in periodically to let me know what was going on. Their work was excellent. The leads on both crews answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't think to ask) and helped me work out some kinks in the whole process. Some examples of admin issues: – I repeatedly requested a copy of the signed contract (because it was all electronic) and didn't get one until Marcus, the lead on the gutter crew, was kind enough to send me a copy as soon as I asked him. – When the contract was set up, they had the wrong contact information on it. I had to send multiple texts to get at least the contact info correct in the system and I'm still not 100% sure it is correct. – The gutter crew didn't have access to give me credit for materials that didn't get used. The supervisor, Josh, was very helpful in getting that addressed and the paperwork pushed through when I spoke with him. – Something happened when the first crew completed their job that closed out the GreenSky account that was intended to pay for all the projects. Raymond helped me get that all sorted out so I could take full advantage of the 2-yr interest-free Greensky loan instead of having to use other means to pay. – There was a misunderstanding on what work was contracted for on the driveway. I thought that the code on the contract meant stabilize and lift but it didn't. The video I was shown had them also fixing the cracks after the lift which lead me to believe that was included as well. It was not explained that that the lift and crack fix would be separate charges. When Raymond showed up, we talked it through and he went the extra mile and did what he could to get the best result without costing me more money. I have a driveway that I'm happy with. I encourage others to use them. The biggest warning is to make sure you fully understand what each of the line items on the contract mean before you sign.
