Craig and Jabari worked on repairing our front steps which were falling away from the house, performed a lift to one side of our drive way which had settled causing a tripping hazard, and performed a lift to our front sidewalk which had also settled. Their work ethic is excellent, they communicated their progress throughout the day and we are very satisfied with the end result. They were also very polite.

We have been a long-time customer of AquaGuard utilizing their services at various homes around Atlanta. Today, Zyan Avant, came to do our annual inspection & also to discuss encapsulation of our crawl spaces. Out of all the folk who have come out to do our annual inspections, Zyan was the most thorough. Rather than trying to sell us more services, he really focused on doing a true annual maintenance (adjusting piers that Aqua Guard had installed years prior,) & only after that was completed, he then moved on to what was necessary for our home. My husband & I truly appreciate the time he took to explain exactly what they had done already & his great attitude was infectious. We will definitely request him next year.

I bought my home a few years ago and was fortunate to have already had AquaGuard solutions implemented in the home by the previous homeowner. I realized this year that I was yet to have an annual inspection and just had them in to do a thorough review. Nick Beuoy was a wonderful representative for the company based on his complete knowledge of the products, customer focus and willingness to listen. He helped educate me on what had been done, what should be considered for future maintenance and worked with me on an extended multi-year annual inspection plan. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

After doing so, he told me the best solution was a service that Aquaguard didn’t provide, but he gave me a couple alternatives. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and honesty. Even though they aren’t providing the solution, I would highly recommend you consider their services, and ask for Adrian Haynes.

We had Zachary Pate come out to do our initial inspection and quote on our house and he was phenomenal. Extremely helpful. Made sure to be as straightforward as possible about everything. Initially, I was warned by family against aquaguard because they are considered “too pricey.” But I left the initial inspection feeling like the price was extremely fair especially given the warranties they grant on their work. My experience with them so far has been nothing but pleasant.

The AquaGuard team installed their system connecting to a previously installed system which now runs the full perimeter of my basement. The team was extremely knowledgeable, polite and answered all of questions. They completed the job same day and were very neat and tidy. I recently had AquaGuard complete some foundation repairs at my house. The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. Once the day of the repair arrived, I was kept aware of the arrival time. The communication from Samarie, Trae, and Curtis was excellent. They did a great job and I would recommend AquaGuard to anyone and I will use them again if I need anything.

Had such a positive experience with Kornbred, JW, and Wheeler. Such a great crew. Would highly recommend them for their professionalism. Their attention to detail. The way they had such respect for my house and property was incredible! They made a perfect dust barrier in my basement to prevent my personal items from getting all dusty from the jackhammering and such. This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. Friendly and approachable as well. Great work guys!!!

*AQUAGUARD'S WORK IS SOLID* The opportunity to improve is on the administrative side. First and foremost, the crews that did the actual work were awesome and FIVE STAR. I had one crew led by Marcus replace my gutters in mid October. Raymond & Brian lifted and stabilized my garage and driveway a week later. They were all professional and did pre/post walk throughs and checked in periodically to let me know what was going on. Their work was excellent. The leads on both crews answered all my questions (even the ones I didn't think to ask) and helped me work out some kinks in the whole process. Some examples of admin issues: – I repeatedly requested a copy of the signed contract (because it was all electronic) and didn't get one until Marcus, the lead on the gutter crew, was kind enough to send me a copy as soon as I asked him. – When the contract was set up, they had the wrong contact information on it. I had to send multiple texts to get at least the contact info correct in the system and I'm still not 100% sure it is correct. – The gutter crew didn't have access to give me credit for materials that didn't get used. The supervisor, Josh, was very helpful in getting that addressed and the paperwork pushed through when I spoke with him. – Something happened when the first crew completed their job that closed out the GreenSky account that was intended to pay for all the projects. Raymond helped me get that all sorted out so I could take full advantage of the 2-yr interest-free Greensky loan instead of having to use other means to pay. – There was a misunderstanding on what work was contracted for on the driveway. I thought that the code on the contract meant stabilize and lift but it didn't. The video I was shown had them also fixing the cracks after the lift which lead me to believe that was included as well. It was not explained that that the lift and crack fix would be separate charges. When Raymond showed up, we talked it through and he went the extra mile and did what he could to get the best result without costing me more money. I have a driveway that I'm happy with. I encourage others to use them. The biggest warning is to make sure you fully understand what each of the line items on the contract mean before you sign.
