Our basement was a complete mess, standing water, foundational supports collapsing, mold, spiders, smell of Georgia red clay, etc. If left unchecked, the foundational supports would give, and the house would eventually collapse as well as mold started making its way up into the house, and the air unhealthy to breath. AquaGuard built a 4-foot barrier wall that was backfilled to shore up existing support beams as well as installed 3 IntelliJack Supports. New drainage systems were introduced that feeds into two separate sump pumps with associated power backup and a dehumidifier added that will manages humidity. Further, a vapor barrier was added across the entire basement and vents sealed, thus an enclosed basement simulation. Once work was completed by AquaGuard, the basement is like new and habitable. I trusted in AquaGuard professionalism to deliver, and they truly satisfied my expectations. I welcome anyone to come see for themself.

Jordan is seriously one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about the repairs. We’ve had AquaGuard come out to assess an issue in our basement waterproofing for water intrusion issues AND with concrete settling in our backyard. They can stabilize and lift the concrete from underneath to help prevent the problem from getting worse. They were also very quick to come out, which I appreciate. If you need foundation repair, concrete leveling, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, or help with settling issues, definitely give AquaGuard a call. Highly recommend Jordan and his team!

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

I recently had AquaGuard complete some foundation repairs at my house. The initial encounter with the salesperson, Kevin Arbogast, was so good that i cancelled the other companies that I'd scheduled for a quote. Once the day of the repair arrived, I was kept aware of the arrival time. The communication from Samarie, Trae, and Curtis was excellent. They did a great job and I would recommend AquaGuard to anyone and I will use them again if I need anything.

Then Tim showed photos of the work in the crawlspace. He used a laser and ruler in the dining room and kitchen while Davon turned the jack screws under the house until the desired height was achieved. A very professional job by the AquaGuard team.

Our retaining wall that holds the driveway and brick wall on one side of house cracked. There're also major cracks on concrete floor on our front porch. We contacted AquaGuard Foundation Solutions to see if they could help with those issues. They came to give estimate in a timely manner. Zach came to inspect our house and suggested to have 7 steel piers installed under one side of the house that showed cracks and poly-foam fill under the concrete floor on the front porch. About a week later, Tim and Davon came to do the pier installation. Upon the installation, I asked them if the crack on the retaining wall was normal and how steer piers would help with the situation. They answered my questions professionally and suggested that in this situation they would rather do helical piers in the retaining wall area instead of putting steel piers which would sit under the cinder block base and could damage the integrity of the retaining wall and driveway. We agreed with the idea of putting helical piers in the retaining wall area. Tim made all the necessary phone calls and had our contract/estimate adjusted. Tim and Davon were super friendly and easy to talk to. They finished the job in a timely manner. However AquaGuard couldn't do anything with the cracked concrete on the front porch as a gap between the soil base and concrete floor was too large. The foundation repair also comes with a 1-year inspection. Thanks AquaGuard.

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.

The three-man crew worked together as a team that was well acquainted with having to adapt their procedures to the environment of the project assignment. Mason, as team leader, and Mason and Lewis worked well with each other; they were respectful in attitude toward customer and the project property. Originally, the plan was that it might take a day and half. Comment was made that rain was forecast for next day. Consequently, the crew decided to finish the job that day, contining to work after dark. They finished the job, leaving the work area clean and all materials picked up.

We've been experiencing flooding in our basement and we urgently need a solution. Darius came to our home and was fantastic! He arrived on time and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the situation. We've noticed the flooding occurring every time there's heavy rain since September 2024. Darius immediately put me at ease by sharing his credentials and conducting a thorough presentation on the company. He inspected our basement in detail and provided clear recommendations to address the issue. My husband was unable to attend due to work commitments, but Darius made sure to explain everything so thoroughly that I fully understood the next steps we need to take to fix our basement. We had several cracks in our driveway that we had concern about them spreading and growing wider. I reached out to AquaGuard and an appointment was set for a person to come out, evaluate and provide an estimate. That person was Jonathan Young. He was so thorough in explaining the entire process, the company's background and more. Talk about a real professional in his field! The appointment was scheduled within a week's time. Shaun and Chris got straight to work! First Chris used two different kinds of measuring tools to check for potential hollow areas under the driveway. Once identified a hole was drilled and the hydrophobic concrete stabilization material was poured in, then sealed up. After that was finished they smoothed out the cracks and put the sealant on top of them. It only took a couple of hours to complete and around four hours before a car could drive onto the driveway. We couldn't be more happy with the results. Shaun, Chris and Jonathan are an absolute pleasure to work with. They are conscientious, courteous and definite professionals at their respective jobs.

Complete the job quickly & cleanly. They actually covered air vents & tarpped off the surrounding areas to prevent dust from going all over the basement. When the job was completed, they walked me through the functions of the equipment and showed me exactly where all the equipment was installed, both inside & outside the home. The icing on the cake, was their genuine concern that I was satisfied with the work done and made themselves available for any additional questions & concerns I may have. These 2 young men were an absolute pleasure to have working in my home.

I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

This was phase 2 of work done by Aquaguard. George and Malik were the crew that came to level and stabilize numerous concrete sections of a sidewalk leading to the lake. The explained what they were going to do and how, then spent the next 5 hours doing exactly what they had explained. George was a temporary crew foreman as the normal individual was out sick. Based on the effective communications and the way the work and cleanup was completed, George deserves to be a full time foreman.
