Kurt, Samarte, and Chris D did an excellent job, very professional. They kept us informed of everything that they were doing. Answered all of our questions ( we had a bunch ), and never once got irritated with us. I would recommend AquaGuard for all of your basement, crawl spaces, or gutter ( which we'll be getting ) services. If I could give more than a 5 star I would.

My crawl space was a terrible mess from rodent damage. Junk everywhere, insulation pulled down and bad rat odor. They did a great job of cleaning it out and encapsulating the area. Beautiful work and they did it in less time than quoted. Chris and his crew were very accommodating. Went above and beyond what they had to do. Were always on time. Highly recommend them.

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Darrius arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the process. He made measurements inside and then in the crawl-space. When done, he consulted with the engineers. Afterwards, he explained what would be necessary to repair our foundation. In a few minutes I had a custom repair quote. A decision will come soon. Thanks Darrius!

Wow! I can’t thank you guys enough for the awesome job Daniel morales and Brayan Lima did fixing my sidewalk. My Home is 25 years old and while it was not cracked, the sidewalk was sunk down nearly 2 inches. Allowing Water to run back under the concrete into my basement. In about an hour’s time that is no longer a problem! Special thanks to Marcus Brown my sales rep!

I contacted AquaGuard because I had water seeping into my garage everytime there was a heavy rain. Their rep. came out and surveyed the problem area. He proposed a solution and quoted a reasonable price. I accepted the quote and set a date to begin the work. Two young men showed up on time and ready to work. They politely introduced themselves as Tanner and Daelin. They explained what they were going to do. The job involved jackhammer work and lots of digging. They were not bothered by the degree of difficulty, they just went at it and finished the job before noon . They were very professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable calling AquaGuard if I have another issue in the future. No doubt I will definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of work. The AquaGuard team installed their system connecting to a previously installed system which now runs the full perimeter of my basement. The team was extremely knowledgeable, polite and answered all of questions. They completed the job same day and were very neat and tidy. I highly recommend Aqua Guard, and I especially want to recognize my technician, Greyson Williams, for his outstanding service. Aqua Guard is an excellent company because I never have to worry about scheduling my warranty maintenance—they contact me when it's time for service, which makes the whole process easy and stress-free. My crawl space remains clean and dry, and during this visit they even changed the filter and cleaned the pump. Greyson was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected every square inch of my crawl space, including the very back, to make sure everything was in excellent condition. He took the time to answer every question I had and even checked on a few additional concerns that were important to me. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to making sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with Aqua Guard and the quality of service they provide. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work and technicians who genuinely care, I highly recommend Aqua Guard—especially Greyson Williams!
