After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

After a year of difficulties with AG and multiple issues, a crew I had not interacted with were called out to my house to fix the issues for good (after I threatened legal complaint). I felt like rolling my eyes and saying “yeah, right”. I felt I had to review now because “Kornbred”, J.W., & Jay arrived. Kornbred immediately apologized that I had had so many bad experiences and flatly stated that he and the crew were here to repair and would be there until things were right. I was skeptical due to experience, but I am writing today to say he kept his word. He and his team were careful with my home, worked in freezing temperatures, and truly got my home secure. Kornbred took me to see the hours of work and make sure I felt it was correctly done. After a very awful year with AG, this man and his team lived up to what they said. I want this man to know I appreciate his honesty, workmanship, and attitude. He was upfront, did not double talk, and didcwhat he said. Kornbred should be promoted to training supervisor for Aqua Guard for technicians. All the lies would be cut and the work would live up to the tv commercials. Maybe he, J.W. & Jay should be the advertisement. Give them a well deserved raise! They did what all the rest did not, could not or would not do… including management at various levels. Next time – just send Kornbred & crew.

AquaGuard put a sump pump and drain in our basement. Everything with Andrew during the inspection and estimate; he made us feel great about the solution and at ease. Then Kornbred, Oscar, and Zeke did a great job with the install and cleanup. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Very excited to not have my basement flood anymore!

Had a sidewalk that had settles approx 3.5”. AquaGuard put it back in place. Chris Risley was our Repair Tech – he was really focused on customer service, reviewed the scope, kept us updated, let us inspect prior to demob, great experience! I highly recommend

Craig and Jabari worked on repairing our front steps which were falling away from the house, performed a lift to one side of our drive way which had settled causing a tripping hazard, and performed a lift to our front sidewalk which had also settled. Their work ethic is excellent, they communicated their progress throughout the day and we are very satisfied with the end result. They were also very polite.

My inspector, Rodney McKenzie, was the absolute definition of professional. The attention to detail was amazing. He was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He never hesitated at any questions. And geniusly tall! I could keep painting this picture, but it's better to see it for yourself. Military level inspection. Cross your fingers and hope that this gentleman is who they send to your home. Pure excellence.
