Just wanted to say satisfied I am with the work that was done. I had an addition added to my home about 18 years ago that I have found wasn’t done exactly right. No support in the 16 foot addition which caused a crack above my bedroom door and the weight was causing cracks in the block walls of the original home. Shawn was the salesman that came out and did a very thorough inspection and presented to us what needed to be done, the floor was about 1 1/2” off level and the basement wall was bowed almost 2”. He explained what was needed to fix this. Audiel & Robert placed the 30ft ibeam and jacks under the addition and my floor. I now no longer creaking when we walk across the room and the crack is less noticeable. The next day Devon and his crew arrived to do their magic on the basement cracks. Both teams were very efficient, got in there and got the job done. They were great explaining what they were doing when I checked on them and taking pictures. Frequently you will find one person working and everyone else sitting around but this was not case with Aqua Guard! Everyone was always working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing foundation repair.

I had an excellent experience working with Joey Wright from Aqua Guard. He is a true professional—very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. When he came to do the inspection, he identified all the issues in my home, especially in the crawl space, that I wasn’t even fully aware of. Joey clearly has a lot of expertise and took the time to explain exactly what my home needs and why. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the confidence he gave me in understanding the situation. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone reliable and experienced!

To start, the initial inspector Sean was very honest and easy to work with on fixing issues on my pool deck. When the day cane to make the repairs, there were numerous problems caused by very difficult concrete that would not respond to the treatment. I was left very disappointed but Sean immediately got back with me and insured me the company would make it right. I was then handed over to a field supervisor named Josh who seemed very concerned about the issues and made me feel much better about the situation. Then, a different technician named Raymond came to my house and began working on the issue. Soon, the supervisor Josh also came and began coming up with various plans to fix the problems. My expectations were getting very low as I began realizing how difficult my concrete issues were. But miraculously, Raymond and josh were able to get the concrete to level out and the final results were exactly as I was promised. This turned out to be a very difficult repair and honestly, I would have understood if they would have thrown in the towel, but they kep working until it was exactly right! I have nothing but respect for this company and the ethics and integrity they displayed when the going got tough! They really cared about their product and unfortunately you don’t find that kind of integrity with companies today. I will gladly be a testimonial for this company and would highly recommend them.

Honestly is the best policy!!! I was scheduled for a floor support installation which means installing 4 support jacks beneath my bathroom floor. The day of the installation, Aqua Basement System foreman stop project and advise to consider replacing the entire bathroom floor inorder to fix the problem and not proceed with installing the support jack. I was shocked and appreciated by the professionalism of "doing the job right". The point is that he could have taken my money and proceeded with the plan but to the respect of the company's integrity and the loyalty to great customer service. He had chosen honesty. I appreciate the support Aqua Basment system provided during this process.

First off let me just start by saying Whitt was almost, ALMOST too excited to get into our wet, tight…crawlspace. Get your mind out of the gutter. He was more informative and definitely more entertaining than the “talking Tom” videos. Just pay Whitt extra to redo those. Anyway, really excited to see how the work goes (with only 1 stupid review from some weirdo I’m certain it’ll be an enjoyable experience and worth the 5 stars we gave).

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!
