He took the time during a second site visit ( that I was able to be present for) to thoroughly explain what repairs were needed and the expected timeline for completion. Because my mother has been experiencing some memory issues, he was also very thoughtful in ensuring that all family members were included and informed throughout the process.

Aquaguard Foundations Solutions did an encasement of my crawlspace. Everyone I interacted with from the company was extremely knowledgeable. Jermaine and Jamal did a great job in the installation process and they were extremely professional and thorough in making sure everything was done right. I did not anticipate the benefit of How much warmer my house was during this cold weather. I’m very pleased with the results. I thought about getting this done for a number of years but held back. Getting it done was the right decision!

We had our service visit today for our dehumidifier in the basement. Aric Gorman was our service technician and he went above and beyond a normal service call to check the crawl space for water intrusion. We had great experience with AquaGuard. And while we didn’t get job done with them yet, but Adrian was excellent explaining our home problems and sending us on the right track. He showed us what his company can do for us, but first we had another issue to address. It was refreshing to get professional estimate and not seeing someone jumping right the way to do just his part and leaving us hanging. We are definitely coming back to AquaGuard to fix what we need when we get to that part of the project. Thank you.

We hired Aquaguard to fix a raised lip on our walkway that our homeowner’s insurance flagged as a liability. They were also supposed to repair our front stoop, which had detached from the house by two inches due to settling. When the technician arrived, he immediately realized that neither issue could be addressed as originally planned. To mitigate the liability concern, he grinded down the lip to eliminate the trip hazard, but this fell short of what we had agreed upon. I voiced my frustration to the technician, who was understanding, and I then called customer service to escalate the issue. That same day, I received a call from the owner of Aquaguard, who personally apologized and assured me he would see to it that the job was done right. Later that week, he visited my home, evaluated the work, and candidly acknowledged that it did not meet their standards. Aquaguard then went above and beyond to make things right. They replaced two entire sections of our walkway, not only eliminating the trip hazard but also improving water drainage away from the house. Additionally, they filled the gap between the front stoop and the house—all at no cost to me. While there was a significant initial mistake, Aquaguard took full accountability and exceeded my expectations in correcting it. Because of this outstanding customer service, I will continue to use Aquaguard in the future, knowing they stand behind their work and prioritize customer satisfaction.
