This is the second time I have used Aquaguard, and they did an outstanding job raising a sinking corner of my detached garage. Floor was so out of whack that you actually felt like you were running down a small hill in that part of my shop. The job ended up being more complex than originally though as I had a huge void under the slab that required a lot of extra pier support and poly fill. However Aquaguard stood by their estimate, worked with my schedule to make it right, and after 12 years the floor is finally level again. Will be having them back to help with some floor leveling in the house next. Technicians Jacob Bostwick, Julian Vreeland, and Foremans Tristan Bush and Kyle Yankovich were professional, accommodating, and made sure all my questions were answered before, during, and after the job. My pool deck was settling in some places and popping up near trees. There were cracks in every corner and separation gaps in others. I called for an appointment and the team of Raymond and Paul arrived. They were very honest about what I could expect given the situation. But they are perfectionists! What a difference in removing trip hazards and filling the gaps. The pool deck is level again and ready to be painted in only a few hours. Great job guys! Give them a call. Great experience! Mike Morgan, Certified Field Inspector, was so knowledgeable. He knew how to remedy the wet area in our crawl space. The AquaGuard installers, Shaquan, Trey, and Trey could not have been nicer and were very professional. They worked tirelessly. The finished product is not only beautiful but works great. We had two teams come out – one team to do the foundation lift with Carlos and Crew and the second team with Brian and Raymond for the poly renewal foam. Both worked very hard to make it work – Carlos and team had to work through rain, while Brian and Raymond were coming across some concerns. In the end, both teams did what they came to do. Brian and Raymond were particularly great at communication through each step of the process, which I highly appreciated!

We live in a flood zone and had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard (flood tight door, sump pump, drainage and dehumidifier) a couple years ago and Hurricane Helene was the first big test — and we are thrilled to share, every penny was worth it! The flood waters were 5+ feet in our backyard all night (completely covering the door), and very little water entered the crawlspace and nothing was damaged. It could’ve possibly saved our actual living space because of the layout of our home if water had risen downstairs. We’re super impressed. Go AquaGuard!
